Here We Go Dro-hans, Here We Go! [bomp! bomp!]

by Tom Kane

Hello quasi-cousins of mine! Here's a little snapshot from Christmas 2004 to get you started:

Now click on my name (right-hand side) to go to my page, click on the 'Contacts' tab, and add me as a contact (at the top of the page). Repeat as necessary for the rest of my (and your) family.

P.S. Please pass on to Colleen and Ben. Thanks!

"Drohans rule!"

by Tom Kane

"Drohans do indeed rule! Especially that time when Craig was bored at Mass and was curious to as how long he could hold his breath. Well - the darndest thing happened. He fainted - and being as that he was the closest to the isle - like a tree being chopped down. Needless to say, Mass was stopped and his signs of life were checked. Craig awoke, stood up and Mass continued..... Later Craig admitted his vision during his 'fainting' period was of holding onto the side of our Suburban while it flew down the street - the locks of his hair blowing in the wind. I hope you get your dream one day buddy!!!!!! :) "

"Maureen, check your spelling for aisle. If it's isle, then I envision a palm tree being chopped down. It it's aisle, then I envision, who knows whose wedding. Luv, mermer"

by Marian Drohan

"Maureen, forget your spelling. Just spill your stories. The rest of the family's waiting. We promise we won't bring them up at awkward moments. Trust us...."

by Beth Kane

"A Drohan church story reminds me of Bethie's First Communion--maybe it shouldn't have capital letters, given the circumstances. When Teena, Bobby, Judy, Betty, Stan, Sandy and Duane went to Las Vegas Christina was in charge of the younger Drohan kids as well as Bethie, Chris and Christina. She took everyone to Mass and everyone agreed that Bethie was plenty old enough to go to communion, even though she never had before. So, with the instruction, "Just do whatever we do," Bethie made her First Communion with her cousins. (We faked the originality of the Church-sponsored event with the white dress and veil, which, itself, provided an important element of brides' costumes for many years.)"
