Yesterday afternoon while Linda was
busy, I snuck up behind her and shared a little lemongrass essential
oil with her temples and forehead. When I finished, she hung up
the phone, and taught me some of the wonderous Chinese exercises that
she did when she was a student. They would do them twice a day,
once at the beginning of the school day and then again at two.
"Makes you feel very relax when you do this things."
Bending over, my big butt threw Linda high into the air.
Linda's small butt didn't have quite the same thrust.
Lau Jon improvised, grabbed my legs, and smacked my "hen da pi gu".
Some people hear about one thing everyday...mine has come down to
this. Everyday. Every single day. The pi gu.
We are at work. I'm not sure if you could tell.
The cutest girls in Shanghai.
The first of 4 steps. Thumbs just beneath the eyebrow at the
first curve towards the nose. The other fingers rest on the
forehead, while the thumbs circle. It should " ache" a little bit.
Assistance from Lau Jon.
Step two pinch the bridge of the nose. While doing all these
exercises say, yi, ar, san, si, ar, ar, san, si, san, ar, san, si, san,
ar, san, si
