I am an independent curator and producer working in the downtown New York performance scene. I have a long history of queer and media activism, and I have worked in the nonprofit sector and as a community organizer. My politics and my identity have a strong connection to the work that I am doing presently. While the work may not seem explicitly political, it does affirm creative work that falls outside of the homogenous middle ground that commercial media clings to.
